Terms & Conditions

Thank you very much for your order with Christmas Direct. Please take a few minutes to read our terms and conditions below. 

• Orders will only be accepted from people aged 18 or over. By placing an order states that you are therefore accepting these terms and conditions and you are confirming you are aged over 18.
• Orders can be delivered world wide, all prices on the site do not include postage and packaging. All orders will be accepted in GBP only. If our delivery fee is way off what it will actually cost to deopatch you goods we will be in touch with a amended delivery fee if needs be.
• Most major Credit Cards are accepted as well as cheques or BACS payments. No goods will be despatched until full payment has been cleared in our bank.
• Please check your order carefully before submitting it, whilst we are happy to replace or exchange any faulty or damaged goods we cannot be held responsible for user errors in the ordering process. We will not replace any goods that are not reported to Christmas Direct Ltd on the day of delivery unless the product has an electrical fault that is a manufacture fault. Incorrect use of electrical supplies or use of indoor lights outside is not our responsiblty and no refund will be available. We will not refund until the product has been returned to Christmas Direct Ltd. It is the purchasers responsibility to return any goods at their expense to Christmas Direct Ltd.
• If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased please return to us on the date of arrival and we will give you a full refund. We will not accept any returned goods 3 working days after delivery. Also if you return goods Christmas Direct Ltd will refund you less the delivery cost of delivering your item. Please bear in mind this may be more than quoted on your order form. If you do wish to return your products after the 3 day period we will refund you with a 15% surcharge fee and also we will deduct the full postage and packaging charge. Please note this may be more than you were charged originally
• All products, pictures and text on this website is copyright to Christmas Direct Ltd. None of the images or text can be copied or used by any other website.
• Christmas Direct Ltd is trading under the Corporate Christmas Compnay Limited, (CCTC Ltd), therefore all payments by credit card will be credited to Corporate Christmas Tree Company Ltd and all invoices will be from CCTC Ltd VAT Reg No: 717 370 242.
